The FOH Difference
People tell us we're “extra.”
Extra prepped. Extra picky. Extra committed to the last 10% that other crews overlook. Every detail. Not just the ones that are easy to execute. Because extra is exactly what it takes to deliver the show your agency envisioned. Not just the show another crew could manage.
We Execute Like the Show's Our Own
Personal investment that goes beyond professional obligation. We don't show up and set up. We integrate with your team, understand your goals, and treat your event as if our reputation is on the line. Because it is.
We Put In the Work Other Crews Leave to Chance
The most important work happens in the weeks before load-in. Site surveys. Advance calls. Meticulous pre-production. Other crews aren't lazy. They're just less deliberate. FOH is deliberate about everything.
We Land the Finish That Reflects Well on You
The entire FOH process exists so the client looks good. Not us. You. Every detail we handle, truly handle, is one less thing standing between your audience and the show you imagined.
The work nobody sees is what makes your show look effortless.
Behind every great event is technical execution nobody notices. That work starts long before load-in and runs through the rehearsals, systems checks, advance calls, and preparation that fill the weeks before your show. It's why your audience only remembers the show.

Common Questions
What is the difference between hiring an independent production company and using the venue's in-house AV?+
Venue in-house AV teams typically provide a baseline technical package: house speakers, basic lighting, and a staff engineer. An independent production company brings its own touring-grade equipment, assigns a dedicated production manager, and takes full accountability for the technical outcome. The difference matters most at scale. A general session for 500 to 2,000 attendees requires precise audio coverage, IMAG systems, lighting design, and content playback that most venue systems were not built to deliver. FOH Productions brings the system, the crew, and direct accountability for the result.
How does FOH Productions prevent technical failures during a live event?+
Every FOH show is built around advance preparation and redundancy, not on-site problem-solving. Pre-production includes venue site surveys, technical riders, and a complete cue-by-cue review before event day. All critical signal paths carry redundant backups. Lead technicians average 25+ years of industry experience. In 17 years and more than 15,000 events, FOH has not missed a show.
Does FOH Productions own its AV equipment or rent it from third parties?+
FOH Productions owns its core inventory outright. That includes L-Acoustics line array systems (L2, K3, Kara II, A15, A10), MA Lighting grandMA2 and grandMA3 consoles, ROE Visual LED panels processed by Brompton systems, Barco and Ross Video switching systems, Panasonic 4K studio cameras, Ayrton and GLP moving light fixtures, and Riedel and Clear-Com communications. All equipment is stored, maintained, and tested at FOH's Phoenix warehouse by the same crew that operates it on show day. When a show requires additional resources, FOH works with a trusted partner network. The lead crew and core systems are always FOH's.
What does a dedicated production manager do at a corporate event?+
A production manager is the single point of technical accountability for the entire event, from the first planning call through final strike. At FOH Productions, every show is assigned one dedicated production manager who coordinates with the venue, manages the technical crew, oversees load-in and setup, and runs the show-day schedule. Their job is to ensure the client's team never has to manage a technical problem. Problems are resolved before they become the client's problem.
How far in advance should you book a production company for a corporate event?+
For standard corporate events, including general sessions, product launches, and awards galas, 60 to 90 days is the recommended lead time. For large-scale multi-day conferences or productions requiring custom staging and fabrication, 4 to 6 months allows time for site surveys, technical riders, and logistics coordination. FOH handles expedited requests when the schedule allows. Earlier involvement means site surveys are done, contingencies are built in, and nothing is being improvised on the first day of load-in. Contact us as soon as your dates are confirmed.
Let's Talk About
Your Next Show.
Most crews sort out the details later. We sort them out first. From the moment your RFP arrives, we're reviewing venue drawings, asking the questions others skip, and building a quote that reflects the real scope of your show. Accurate from day one.
